RRR - And this is the order of things: The questioner, Shalom Meiri, asked our rabbi as follows: ”Reports in the press.. According to the Rogers plan we will have to return the territories of our homeland that were liberated in the Six Day War... Is it allowed to return territories.. Does the return of these territories take place according to the Halacha?” and other questions on the matter. Our rabbi believed that the proclamation ”Do not be afraid” was a clear answer to his questions, and he took such a proclamation, folded it in an envelope, filled in all the details of the sender in his handwriting, and sent it to the questioner. Including: the question of the questioner in Kofi's handwriting [which he left with him], and the rabbi's return envelope with the proclamation folded inside, and with the rabbi's handwriting on it. וזה סדר הדברים: השואל, שלום המאירי, שאל את רבנו כך: ”מידיעות בעיתונות.. ע”פ תכנית רוג'רס יהיה עלינו להחזיר שטחי מולדתנו ששוחררו במלחמת ששת הימים... האם מותר להחזיר שטחים.. האם החזרת שטחים אלו תופסת לפי ההלכה?” ועוד שאלות בעניין. רבנו סבר שכרוז ”לא תגורו” מהווה תשובה בהירה לשאלותיו, והוא לקח כרוז כזה, קיפלו בתוך מעטפה, מילא בכתב ידו את כל פרטי השולח, ושלח אותה לשואל. כולל: שאלת השואל בקופי בכתב ידו [שהשאיר אצלו], ומעטפת ההחזר של רבנו עם הכרוז שמקופל בתוכו, ועם כיתובי רבנו בכתב ידו עליה. מידות הכרוז: 42X27 ס”מ.
