At that time, on the eve of World War I, there were several vegetable groups in the Jerusalem area and on the streets. These were agricultural groups that put the Hebrew work in the Land of Israel on their banner. They engaged in agriculture with enormous difficulties. The Rehovot Group was the most famous of all because it practiced full partnership. The days were literally days of hunger. Intestinal typhoid and clarification typhoid rampant in the country. The physical agricultural work was extremely difficult, especially for the thin and guys who came from Russia. It was doubly difficult for the girls, and of course the financial difficulty... The members of the group believed that due to the enormous difficulties it would be impossible to hold out each one on his own. Only solidarity and brotherhood will turn the individual into a group and thus succeed in their mission to be farmers in the Land of Israel. The rest of the groups rubbed their eyes in wonder, but saw that this was indeed how, in cooperation, the group succeeded. Yoel Efrat was the one who came up with the idea and this is how he said: ”After Allenby entered Jerusalem, I started thinking about the way to found a group of friends and to be together on the streets... and we named it the ”Rchovot Group”.” The group went through several iterations until it settled on . The ”crowned” and living spirit of the group was Moshe Feldstein. Moshe Feldstein Moshe Feldstein immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1913 from Ukraine, and he is seventeen years old. When he arrived in Eretz Israel, he was thin in body, but mentally strong.  ”A great Hasidic soul seems to have been sent to us to remind us that our work cannot be done out of sadness and we are commanded to fulfill our role out of joy, ” it was later written about him. Here are 3 exclusive original photographs of them.  רקע - קבוצת רחובות קבוצת עבודה מיוחדת במינה של בחורים ובחורות צעירים בני העלייה השנייה שעסקו בכיבוש העבודה ובגידול ירק בשיתופיות מלאה ברחובות ואחר כך בחולדה. בזמן ההוא, שלהי מלחמת העולם הראשונה, היו מספר קבוצות ירקות באזור ירושלים וברחובות. אלו היו קבוצות חקלאיות ששמו על דגלם את העבודה העברית בארץ ישראל. הם עסקו בחקלאות בקשיים עצומים. קבוצת רחובות הייתה המפורסמת מכולם בגלל שנהגה בה שותפיות מלאה. הימים היו ימים של רעב כפשוטו. טיפוס המעיים וטיפוס הבהרות השתולל בארץ. העבודה החקלאית הפיזית הייתה קשה ביותר, ובמיוחד לבחורים הרזים והחוורים שהגיעו מרוסיה. לבנות היה קשה כפליים, וכמובן הקושי הכלכלי, אם אפשר לקרוא לעוני כלכלה... בני הקבוצה סברו שעקב הקשיים העצומים אי אפשר יהיה להחזיק מעמד כל אחד בפני עצמו. רק סולדריות ואחווה יהפכו את היחיד לקבוצה ובכך יצליחו במשימתם להיות חקלאים בארץ ישראל. שאר הקבוצות שפשפו עיניהם בתימהון, אך נוכחו שאכן כך, בשיתופיות, הצליחה הקבוצה. יואל אפרת היה הוגה הרעיון וכך הוא סיפר: ”לאחר שאלנבי נכנס לירושלים התחלתי לחשוב על הדרך ליסוד קבוצת חברים ולהיות יחד ברחובות... ונתנו לה את השם ”קבוצת רחובות”.” הקבוצה עברה כמה גלגולים עד שהתייצבה בתרע”ז. ה”מוכתר” והרוח החיה של הקבוצה היה משה פלדשטיין. משה פלדשטיין משה פלדשטיין עלה ארצה בשנת תרע”ג מאוקראינה, והוא בן שבע עשרה שנה. כשהגיע לארץ היה צנום גוף, אך בעל חוזק נפשי. ”נשמה גדולה חסידית כאילו נשלח אלינו להזכיר לנו שעבודתנו לא יכולה להעשות מתוך עצבות ומצווים אנו למלאות את תפקידנו מתוך שמחה”, נכתב עליו לימים. הקבוצה קיימה גם קבוצת שמירה בתר”פ. לפנינו 3 תצלומים מקוריים בלעדיים שלהם מצב טוב
