Western Zhou Dynasty, Bronze Beast-Mask Chariot Fittings - This robust vessel flares broadly at the rim then tapers firmly downward, set upon a solid rectangular base, conveying substantial weight and stability. The bronze surface is enveloped in rich, layered patina—verdant green blending with azure blues and russet-brown encrustations, worn and varied across the form, bearing deep traces of age.
