Avner Katz - ”Interior Design” series 2007. There is no description of a place of residence or studio here, but an outside view of a designed space, ”Interior Design” as the artist chose to call the works. Katz's choice to incorporate this caption in the paintings themselves, as well as the address of the apartment, emphasizes the alienated nature of the place. In addition to the Interior Design group, a master book by Avner Katz will be launched at the opening, 12 engravings for songs by Leah Goldberg, produced by the Gottesman Center for Engraving, Kibbutz Kabri. The engravings were created in the last two years and the connection between some of them and the poetry was made in the final stage.
