Assaf is an animator, sculptor, puppeteer and painter. Lecturer in the Art Department at the Kibbutzim Seminary. Assaf is a collector of old black and white photographs that inspire him to create, it is possible that a series of photographs will become an animated film, once for sculptures, puppets or paintings according to the movement hidden in the photograph. The current series of paintings was formulated by the artist after searching for about a year for the painting line that fit his vision.
