He graduated from the art department at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem and a holds a Master's degree in the Advanced Studies Program at Bezalel, Eyal won various prizes from the ministry of culture and other art foundantions. Assulin’s work has been shown at Museums and galleries in Israel and around the world. Among them: the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Museum of Petah Tikva, Israel Center for Digital Art, Ashdod Art Museum, Museum of the Negev, Center for Contemporary Art NIMAC Nicosia Cyprus, and a solo exhibition in the Beelden Aan Zee Museum in The Hague, Netherlands, MACT museum in Switzerland and more. Assulin collaborates with architects, interior designers, luxury hotels and various companies in producing contemporary art pieces and sculptures to lobbies, offices, stores, privet residences as well as outdoor public Art works. Eyal's works are in various art collections Among them: the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Museum of Petah Tikva, Israel Center for Digital Art, Museum of the Negev in Beer Sheva, Haifa Museum of Art and the Beelden Aan Zee Museum in The Hague, Netherlands, Chen Yan collection Singapore and various private collections around the world.
