Tali Ben Eliezer's complex women draw us down with a wink and a lit cigarette, presenting us with their lives, which are made up of a multitude of regretful decisions. These bourgeois girls have grown up and are now changing their minds on a daily basis, fleeing from every corner of a disappointing reality, always looking to be somewhere else. Through an unsubtle use of cynicism and black humor, the artist manages to convey to us that they always have it worse, and that other people's troubles, as we know, are naturally very soothing. Tali's women get involved and deceive, stretch the boundaries and miss, but above all make us identify with them. Tali's paintings present to us the best of the most common mistakes and how they can be incorporated into life with great success. Or not.
