NOAM KUBEISI - ”Ophelia” 2025. Noam Kubisi is a figurative painter based in Tel Aviv, working in oil, charcoal, and pastel on canvas. Kubisi trained at a classical art academy in Barcelona and under Leonid Balaklav in Jerusalem, grounding her practice in a solid academic foundation.
