Restored Keystone Packard Dump Truck - Open Cab - Professionally restored Keystone Packard dump truck with open cab. The truck has a very nice restoration done overall. The crank for the dump bed works. Displays well with black open cab, red dump bed, and polished wheels. Overall very good condition with a small chip on the steering wheel and rub mark on the seat backrest. Measures approximately 27” long.
