These were made in very limited quantities to hell promote the movies release. They were give to theaters, book stores, and even schools. The figure is made from a vinyl material. The figure and cardboard are new old stock and still in their original boxes. The boxes do have wear from age and storage. The figure and base may have some wear as well from age and storage.
