Remington Model 2 Rolling Block .22RF Single Shot Rifle - Remington Model 2 Rolling Block .22 Caliber Rifle. The Remington Model 2 Rolling Block .22 Caliber Rifle is in nice used condition. The octagon barrel measures 28.5 inches in length. The barrel is clear and shows minor pitting with rifling present. The octagon barrel is stamped on the top ”REMINGTON ARMS CO. ILION, N.Y. U.S.A.” and 39156 G2 on the bottom which matches the lower tang on the receiver. The wood stock is in nice used condition with a large crack that has been pin repaired and other cracks, chips and scuffs appropriate for age of gun. The wood forearm features a tip finished with a distinct ebony wood insert. The bluing is thin with some rust spots and patina. This No.2 appears to be complete with original hardware.
