He became director of a master class in composition at the Prussian Academy of Arts in Berlin. His most significant pupils were Carl Orff, Heinz Schubert and Reinhard Schwarz-Schilling. Kaminski addresses a gentleman (in German, translated): “…Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the congress for financial reasons. But I read about it with interest - and regretted not being able to be there and take the opportunity to once again enjoy the beautiful Florence that I love so much.
