[HISTORY] - An Arabic Legal Report: Dispute over a Sale (1839) - A manuscript letter in Arabic, perhaps a summary report (there are the signatures of a secretary and other officials at the bottom of the page) which summarises a dispute which arose regarding a sale. The sheet is dated on the first line at the end of the year 1254 (= February 1839). Two leaves, both written in brown ink on recto only, each 235x170 mm., in fine and legible condition.
