[SCIENCE AND MEDICINE] - Ottoman Astrology: Celestial Calculations of the Sun and Moon (19th c.) - A late Ottoman astronomical (and astrological) manuscript, which calculates the passages of the sun and moon through the zodiacal houses of individual months. These are the spring-summer months: Eylül, Agustos, Temmuz, and Teshrin-Evvel. It is possible that the calculations of the astrological passages also refer to the horoscope of some notable people. Two bifolia (so 4 leaves), each leaf 210x143 mm., written in red and black ink, all of them bearing numerical diagrams, of which 2 are circular (19th c.)
