Parchment bifolium, 310 x 220 mm (writing space 225 x 150 mm). Text in Gothic script in black ink, arranged in two columns of 27 lines. Decoration includes red initials and rubricated titles. Liturgical codex with musical text: neumatic notation written directly above the text without tetragram, in a manner recalling earlier (10th-century) traditions. Recovered from a binding, with some losses and abrasions. Leaf 1 verso, line 10: Deus, qui conspicis, quia ex nulla nostra actione confidimus...
