MARISA DEL FRATE -PHOTO WITH AUTOGRAPH

After working as a model and participating in the selections for some beauty contests, she made her debut in 1956 at the Capri Festival, where she won third place with the song Se fossi con la musica. On television she became very popular in 1961 thanks to the show by Terzoli and Zapponi — of which she also sang the theme song of the same name and the catchy tune La Matta — L'amico del giaguaro, hosted by Corrado; in it she performed together with Gino Bramieri, Raffaele Pisu and Corrado himself in sketches, songs, parodies and imitations. In the following seasons, she repeated her success with other programs such as Il naso finto, in 1963, hosted by Paolo Ferrari and above all, in 1965, La trottola by Corrado and Sandra Mondaini, where she also sang the theme song written by the presenter himself Anche se tu.

In 1977, she returned to television prominence by starring in the famous Saturday night musical comedy on Rai 1 Valentina, una ragazza che ha vorrei with Elisabetta Viviani and Leo Colonna.
