INCLUDES RARE PAGES! - Fine copy of the famous Tikun Sofrim “Ezras HaSofer Vavei Ha’Amudim” prepared for publication by R. Yehuda Pisa. This Tikkun is famous for its accuracy and was strongly recommended by many Poskim including The Chida. It is printed with the “Vavei Ha’Amudim” method i.e. that each page replicates precisely the text handwritten on an “Amud” of a Sefer Torah with forty two lines and each commences with the letter “Vav”. In addition this Tikkun was proofread four times! The well-known grammarian and publisher R. Wolf Heidenheim based his famous “Ein HaSofer Chumashim” on this edition. The Shiras Ha’Yam and Shiras Ha’azinu are printed on wider pages, to replicate their written layout in the Sefer Torah.
