Eliyahu Mizrachi on Rashi, novella on The Tosefta, glosses on The Sefer HaMitzvos and a comprehensive full length commentary on Birchas HaMazon. R. Yehuda Ayash (circa 1700-1760) was one of the leading rabbinical leaders in Algeria. He served as both a Rav and Rosh Yeshiva and authored numerous important seforim.
