Dov Katz, a student of the Slabodka Yeshiva and author of the five-volume Tenu’os HaMussar. It is said that when the author consulted R. Yechezkel Sarna regarding the printing of this Sefer, the latter encouraged the endeavor, saying that R. Dov should not omit anything.
