Hand colored engraving of Isaac Bitton, titled in English. Isaac Bitton (1779-1839), a Jewish British Boxer of a dutch Origin. Signed in the plate by George Cruikshank (1792-1878), one of the most prominent British caricaturists and illustrators of his time. Rare early documentation of Jewish Sport.
