Early Metal Sign of the Embassy of Israel - Krechmer - Ambassade d'Israel. Sign made of Bronze or Brass, showing the emblem of Israel, the menorah, and the inscription: Embassy of Israel in French and Hebrew. Apparently, used as the sign of the Israeli embassy in France or another French speaking country. Made by Shmuel Krechmer, and signed at the bottom. Apparently early Israel, circa the 1940s or 1950s. Approximately 40X30 cm. Good condition, stains, wear.
