1770-1790, late 18thC, Ottoman/Persian 'Kard' or 'Pesh -Kabz', hunting/fighting knife with basic engraving along the curved blade, in a wooden scabbard-with leather covering, wooden grips with metal studs protruding from the top of the grip-- these are known to be found in Yemen, Iraq, Turkey, Kurdistan, Persia, and Afghanistan.
