Late 18thC. flintlock hammer action pistol, possibly sea service or cavalry, between 1830-1850, .65 calibre 15” overall length, half stocked 8” barrel, crown and Royal GR cypher on lock plate; hammer cocks in half and full cock firing in full cock. Brass trigger guard, buttcap and stock fore-end cap, captive swivel ramrod.
