Creglinger 448 Factory Hall with exhaust circa 1955 - This is an assembled and hand-painted scale model of an industrial building, designed for use with model railroad layouts. The structure features a monitor-style stepped-gable roof profile with the main roofs finished in a dark brown textured surface. The exterior walls are finished in a pinkish-beige stucco-textured paint. Architectural features include multiple arched and rectangular window openings fitted with fine silver-toned mesh to represent security grilles. The building is equipped with two large brown doors: one single-width door at the end under a prominent arched window and a wider door on the long side. Roof details include a silver-toned cylindrical tank or vent on a brown rectangular chimney-style base and a separate small black conical vent. The building is mounted on a thin rectangular base decorated with green moss-like flocking at the foundation lines to simulate natural vegetation growth.
