Franklin Chenault Watkins (1894 - 1972) Conte on Linen - Depicting an angel-like figure with a flower in his mouth, unsigned.  Dimensions:  sight is 24 ”x 22 1/2”, the frame 34 1/2” x 33 1/2”  Provenance: Property from a Philadelphia Main Line Collection.  Condition: Appears to be in good condition, not examined out of the frame.
