'Pearls, Their Occurrence in the United States Etc.'  By George Frederick Kunz M.A. Printed in Washington, between 1894 and 1900 with black and white and color illustrations throughout. 

Signed by the author dated January 7th, 1901 and inscribed 'To Col. Washington A Roebling with the compliments of the author George Kunz'.

Dimensions : 11.5in x 8in. 

Provenance: Mary G. Roebling (1995-1994), Trenton, New Jersey.

Acquired from above by present owner. Property from a Bucks County, Pennsylvania Collection.

Footnote: Mary G. Roebling (New Jersey, 1905-1994) was the first woman to serve as the head of a major commercial bank in the United States when she became president of the Trenton Trust in 1937.

 


Condition:

Overall good condition, some expected wear to the spine and corners.
