A three volume set of Eric Sloane's Americana. Two volumes inscribed to Mary Roebling, with accompanying art work. Published by Wilfred Funk 1955. 'Return to Taos', also inscribed to Mary Roebling and signed by the artist, published Wilfred Funk 1960. Eric Sloane's 'Weather Book', inscribed to the 'Dutch Kids', signed by the artist with humorous drawing. Published by Little Brown and Company 1960.

Provenance: Mary G. Roebling (1995-1994), Trenton, New Jersey.

Acquired from above by present owner.

Property from a Bucks County, Pennsylvania Collection.

Footnote: Mary G. Roebling (New Jersey, 1905-1994) was the first woman to serve as the head of a major commercial bank in the United States when she became president of the Trenton Trust in 1936.
