George III Style Tufted Leather Upholstered Wingback Chair - A George III Style Tufted Leather Upholstered Wingback Chair, 20th Century. Fully upholstered in green leather with brass studs. The arched crest and wings over scrolled arms and square seat, raised on square legs joined by stretchers. Dimensions: Height 44 1/4in; width 33 1/4in; depth of seat 21in; seat height 17 1/4in. Provenance: Property from a Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia Collection. Condition: Structurally sound. General marks, wear, scuffs, abrasions and scratches to the upholstery. Heavy creasing to seat and arms. Fading to the reverse of chair overall. Toning and verdigris to brass studs. The mahogany legs with dings, surface scratches and wear.
