A Two Gallon Pennsylvania Cobalt Blue Stencil Decorated Salt Glazed Stoneware Jug, L. B. Dilliner, New Geneva, Circa 1875. The cylindrical jar with semi-rounded rim above a tooled shoulder, the stencil decoration inscribed, "L. B. Dilliner. / NEW GENEVA. / PA.", all within stylized floral motifs, above a large "2".
Dimensions: Height 12in; diameter 7 1/4in.
Provenance: Property from a Buck County, Pennsylvania Private Collection.
Condition:
General wear. Surface dirt and discolorations. Imperfections from manufacture throughout.
