An American Black-Painted Six-Spindle Back Child's Windsor Chair, 19th Century. Stamped 'SC' to the underside.
Dimensions: Height 27in; width 16 1/2in; depth of seat 12in; seat height 11 1/2in.
Condition:
Structurally sound. Retaining an old dry black- painted surface with heavy craquelure overall with paint history beneath. General marks, wear, nicks, abrasions and surface scratches throughout.
