A Large Group of American Country Primitives, 19th-20th Century. Comprising a large dovetailed dough box in a red-wash; pine tool carrier; softwood tape loom; oak bootjack; tombstone form slaw board; cookie mold; rectangular 'sheaf of wheat' butter mold; four circular butter molds; two butter presses; stoneware salt box; and three chocolate molds, including a little boy, triple hens, and a double Santa Claus. Dimensions: Height of dough box 10 1/2in; width 31 1/2in; depth 14in; Height of tape loom 10 1/2in; width 16 1/2in; depth 4 1/4in.
Provenance: Property from a Buck County, Pennsylvania Private Collection.
Condition:
Each piece is in overall good condition with age appropriate wear commensurate with use. Scattered small losses, discolorations throughout.
