Mortise-and-tenon construction throughout. (9) Dimensions: Height of side chairs 47 1/4in; width 18in; depth of seat 15 1/2in; seat height 19 1/2in; Height of armchair 49in; width 24in; depth of seat 17 1/2in; seat height 20in. Provenance: From the Estate of Bertha Leonard.  Condition: Structurally sound. Each in generally good condition overall. Evidence of old wood worm. Possibly incorporating antique elements from earlier chairs. General marks, wear, nicks, scuffs and abrasions and surface scratches overall.
