Set of English Mahogany Library Steps, 19th Century - A Set of English Mahogany Library Steps, 19th Century Each step with an inset tooled red leather panel, the upper two steps with hinged compartments, raised on turned legs. Dimensions: Height 27 1/4in; width 17 3/4in; depth 28 3/4in. Provenance: From a Philadelphia Estate. Condition: Structurally sound. Minor losses to veneer throughout. The turned legs with nicks, abrasions and scuffs. The red leather panels with heavy wear, abrasions, scratches, staining and flaking overall.
