Three American Mixed Wood Ladderback Chairs, 18th Century - Three American Mixed Wood Ladderback Chairs, 18th Century Comprising a companion pair of side chairs, one with a splint seat and hand-painted date '1745',  the other with a rush seat; and an armchair with rush seat. (3) Dimensions: Height of side chair 43 1/2in; width 18 3/4in; depth of seat 13in; seat height 17in; Height of armchair 42in; width 24in; depth of seat 15 1/2in; seat height 16in. Provenance: Property from a Bucks County, Pennsylvania Collection. Condition: Each with wear, losses and minor repairs. The side chair with rush seat has a broken seat rail to the left side. Each of the seats are later and in generally good condition overall. The armchair has a wobble.
