A 19th Century Belgian Brevet Shotgun - A 19th Century Belgian Brevet Shotgun: A Brevet pinfire, 16 gauge,  double barreled shotgun by Ernest Bernard c. 1865. With Damascus barrels and heavily engraved nickel plated furniture and a figured walnut stock. Dimensions:  the overall length is 43 1/2”, the barrel 27 3/4” Condition: Overall good condition, in working order with signs of use and age, the plate at the butt of the stock has some oxidation.
