Veloy Vigil (American, 1931-1997), Watercolor - An abstract watercolor of three figures against a white background, signed in the lower left quadrant.  Dimensions:  sheet is 31” x 23”, the frame 35 1/4” x 27 1/4”  Provenance:  From a local collection.  Condition: Good condition, not examined out of the frame, the frame glass has a corner missing at the bottom right.
