An Engraving After Sawrey Gilpin, of the Horse Sir Peter Teazle - An Engraving After Sawrey Gilpin, of the Horse Sir Peter Teazle  ”Sir Peter Teazle / The Property of L. Derby.” published 1783 in London, after the original painting of Sawrey Gilpin, engraved by William Ward, with an image of the horse and a stable boy and a description of the horse and its accomplishments in the lower margin.  Dimensions:  sight is 15 3/4” x 20”, the frame 23” x 27 1/4”  Provenance: From a local collection. Condition: Toned, foxing is evident through the glass, otherwise good, paperwork from framing indicates the print was backed,  not examined out of the frame.
