An English Percussion Cane Gun, 19th century - An English Percussion Cane Gun, 19th century: With Lang's patent, by I. Lang, London, the gun chambered in approximately .45 cal. with a rifled barrel and a faux wood painted exterior, c. 1840's.  Dimensions:  the barrel is 22 3/4” long, the length of the rifle in the 'cane' position is 36” Provenance: From a Philadelphia Main Line Collection. Condition: Overall surface losses to the paint, other minor signs of wear and age.
