George III Inlaid Mahogany Spinet Harpsichord, Longman and Broderip, London - A George III Inlaid Mahogany Spinet Harpsichord,  Longman and Broderip, London, Fourth Quarter 18th Century The mahogany and satin wood veneered case, with sixty keys, labeled as pictured. Raised on a later custom fruitwood stand. The lot comes with a tuning wrench and service paperwork from Martin Harpsichords, Bethlehem PA.  Dimensions: Height of keyboard 27 1/2in; Height including stand 34in; width 76in; depth 36in. Provenance : From a Philadelphia Main Line Collection. Condition: Structurally sound. Areas of sun bleaching to the case, scattered veneer loss, old patched in repairs to the case, a tight soundboard crack, in playing condition, some keys do not speak.
