Two Staffordshire Pitchers, Admiral Nelson Interest - Two Staffordshire Pitchers, Admiral Nelson Interest  Early 19th century, two pitchers with transfer decoration memorializing Admiral Nelson, both with the motto ”England Expects every Man to do his Duty”, one with a colored portrait and a poem, the other with a portrait and a map of the Battle of Trafalgar.  Dimensions:  Both are approximately 6” in height, diameters (including handles) range from 5 1/2”, to 6 1/2”  Provenance : From a local collection. Condition: The thinner pitcher has rim and foot chips, hairlines to the body and handle and overall surface wear, the other is in restored condition.
