Two French Ceramic Figures c. 1800 - Two French Ceramic Figures c. 1800 C. 1800, two figures of French peasants, one of a woman street vendor selling meat from baskets, the other of a stone mason carving an architectural element.  Dimensions:  both are around 8” in height    Condition: There are losses to the woman's bracelet, restoration to the woman's basket, restoration to the man, his tool, and the block, and a repair to his leg, other minor losses and glaze wear.
