American Country Blue-Painted Demilune Console Table, Early 20th Century - An American Country Blue-Painted Demilune Console Table, Early 20th Century The demilune top over hanging a triangular frieze, raised on three square legs. Dimensions: Height 29 3/4in; width 31 1/2in; depth 18in. Provenance:  From the Dorothea & Tom Buckner Estate. Dotty (Dorothea) and Tom Buckner began collecting Early American painted primitive furniture and accessories in 1979 and over the next 22 years they were regular buyers from a number of respected Bucks County, Pennsylvania antique dealers. Condition: Structurally sound. The top retaining an old green paint, the frieze, back and legs in a later blue paint. The surface in an overall worn condition. General marks, wear, nicks, abrasions, and surface scratches overall.
