Dotty (Dorothea) and Tom Buckner began collecting Early American painted primitive furniture and accessories in 1979 and over the next 22 years they were regular buyers from a number of respected Bucks County, Pennsylvania antique dealers. Condition: The red box retaining an untouched, grungy, dry and nicely worn surface. Heavy marks, wear and small losses throughout. Oxidation to nails throughout. Dust accumulation to interior.
