American Country Green-Painted Paneled Cupboard, 19th Century - An American Country Green-Painted Paneled Two Door Cupboard, 19th Century The rectangular top above a molded cornice, a pair of raised paneled doors enclosing a shallow cupboard with four stationary shelves. Dimensions:  Height 45 3/4in; width 35in; depth 11 3/4in. Provenance: From the Dorothea & Tom Buckner Estate. Dotty (Dorothea) and Tom Buckner began collecting Early American painted primitive furniture and accessories in 1979 and over the next 22 years they were regular buyers from a number of respected Bucks County, Pennsylvania antique dealers. Condition: Structurally sound. Retaining an old painted surface. General marks and wear commensurate with age and use. Nicks, abrasions, scuffs and surface scratches throughout. Locks and knobs released.
