North European Neoclassical Red Grain-Painted Pine Settle Bench, 19th Century - A North European Neoclassical Red Grain-Painted Pine Settle Bench,  19th Century The rectangular seat above a sixty-one inch long dovetailed drawer. Dimensions: Height 37 3/4in; width 73 1/2in; depth of seat 23in; depth overall 24in. Provenance: Property from the Naylor Estate, Malvern, Pennsylvania Condition: Structurally sound. Heavy wear overall to the painted surface. Remnants of a later blue/gray painted surface. Dust and surface dirt accumulation throughout. The drawer has a broken knob to the right side and losses along the edges and corner.
