Mid-Atlantic Federal Walnut Chest of Drawers, Early 19th Century - A Federal Walnut Chest of Drawers, Mid-Atlantic States, Early 19th Century The rectangular top with applied reeded edge above two short over three long graduated drawers, and shaped skirt below, raised on flaring 'French' feet. Tulip poplar and pine secondary wood. Dimensions: Height 42 3/4in; width 40in; depth 19in. Provenance: From a Delaware Collection. Condition: Structurally sound. In overall good condition. General marks, wear, nicks, surface scratches and abrasions. The brass hardware is replaced, however in the original holes to drawer fronts (there are no additional holes to drawer fronts).
