Biedermeier Inlaid Chest of Drawers, Second Quarter 19th Century - A Biedermeier Inlaid Chest of Drawers, Second Quarter 19th Century The rectangular stepped top above three drawers, raised on block feet.  Dimensions: Height 34 1/4in; width 34 1/2in; depth 18 3/4in. Provenance: From a Princeton, New Jersey Collection. Condition: Structurally sound. Retaining an old dry finish. Shrinkage, age cracks, minor warping and buckling to the veneered surface on top. Scattered small losses throughout to veneers and molded elements. Later added casters. Hardware is replaced. No keys.
