William IV Rosewood Teapoy, Circa 1830 - A William IV Rosewood Teapoy, Circa 1830 The rectangular sarcophagus form having a stepped hinged top above concave sides, opening to reveal an interior fitted with four lidded caddies about two central cut-outs for bowls, raised on a tapered support above a rectangular concave platform base with turned feet, ending in brass casters. Dimensions: Height 32 1/4in; width 17in; depth 14in. Provenance: From a Princeton, New Jersey Collection. Condition: Structurally sound. General marks, wear, nicks, abrasions, scuffs, surface scratches and small losses throughout. Lacking glass bowls.
