American Birdseye Maple and Pine Splay Leg Tavern Table, 19th Century - An American Birdseye Maple and Pine Splay Leg Tavern Table, 19th Century The rectangular overhanging scrubbed top with breadboard edges, raised on square tapered splayed legs. Mortise-and-tenon pegged construction to the base. Inscribed in pencil to the underside, 'H. Waite 1864'. Dimensions:  Height 27 1/4in; width 37in; depth 22 3/4in. Provenance:  From the Collection of Bill and Nancy Haase. Condition: Structurally sound. The top with heavy wear, discoloration and staining, otherwise good condition.
