A Pennsylvania Softwood Cupboard, c. 1830 - A Pennsylvania Softwood Cupboard, c. 1830   The galleried top above a single drawer over recessed panel doors opening to reveal an interior fitted with two later shelves on bootjack ends.   Dimensions : 38 3/4 in. wide, 16 3/4 in. deep, 52 1/4 in. high Condition: Lacking key.  The bottom of case and interior shelves replaced and later.  Shrinkage cracks to case sides and top.  Infill to nail holes, with some infill lost.  The top with two nails loose.  Latch to doors lacking with plug and remnants of wear.  Other general nicks, marks, scratches and wear expected with age and use.
